MEMBERS OF THE THRESHOLD SOCIETY welcome visitors to their meetings throughout the year, particularly on the first Saturday of each month. These meetings usually include silent meditation; sohbet, "spiritual conversation," often on the subject of a monthly theme; music; and the form of prayer known as zhikr, "remembrance."
