99 Day Program

The Ninety Nine Day Program is an introduction to Sufism and spiritual psychology, developed by Kabir Helminski, providing a structure for spiritual practice through study, awareness activities, and correspondence with a mentor.

SO FAR, more than four hundred fifty people have worked with this program and it is being periodically refined. The Ninety-Nine Day Program seems to be answering a real need. It has been used by a political prisoner under the harsh conditions of solitary confinement, by a Catholic nun in a Third World country, by people who have lived up to twenty-five years with the Work, by Buddhist monks, and by people with no formal spiritual training, all with positive results.

Purpose and Intentions. Often people ask us how they can connect with the Sufi tradition, or if we can recommend a teacher or a group in their local area. Sometimes an appropriate connection can be recommended; too often it cannot. The Ninety-Nine Day Program was created to meet the needs of our time for a balanced education in Sufi practice and spiritual psychology. It is not a substitute for a living connection with a teacher and a group; it provides the knowledge and the structure for development within the Sufi process and may lead to more personal contact through regional gatherings of the Threshold Society.

It is a first step in the meeting between the student and the tradition. The commitment it entails is short term but intense. Quite a bit has been offered in this program—enough to sustain personal work for months or even years. The knowledge and practice offered should enrich and complement the work of people at many different levels of attainment and experience.

If, after completing this course, you feel that you can make a clear intention to seek a connection and to continue wholeheartedly on this way, then the process which has begun will continue. After your work and experience of the Ninety-Nine Day Program has been considered by the Mentor, some recommendations will be made about how to continue to integrate this knowledge and practice. God willing, the process will deepen through participation in further programs, the next stage of which is a ninety-nine day program on conscious breathing.

The Ninety-Nine Day Program will come to you in a three-ring binder, which you may continue to use to hold further materials. Later programs will come in the form of modules which can be added to the program binder, thus preserving this knowledge in a readily accessible, reviewable form.

If you wish to begin the Ninety-Nine Day Program: We suggest a donation of $130 for the program itself, which includes the evaluation, correspondence and/or phone contact, at two points during the program.

Paying By Check Or Postal Money Order

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank . Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship your items until your check is received and your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.

PLEASE NOTE: Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. We will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.

We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery) Payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California. California laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Returns

Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return

• Any book in its original condition.

• Any unopened CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software.

• Any other merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.

for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Threshold Productions.

How to Return Items

To return any book, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or other, no call is required.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address indicated on the label. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. No refund will be issued to items not received by Threshold Productions. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the items are returned securely and in good condition.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error .
